2. Our Services
River Arts Venue & Events provides eight bookable spaces located at 252 N 5th Ave, Rome, GA 30161, organized into three experiences:
- The Office Suite — Meeting Room and Signing Office for professional meetings, workshops, presentations, and group education.
- The Studios — Green Screen Studio, Podcast Studio, and Recording Studio for content creation, video, and audio production.
- The Event Space — The Loft, The Big Room (with full kitchen), and Whole Building rentals for parties, celebrations, tailgates, reunions, and large gatherings.
Space availability, pricing, and specific amenities are subject to change without notice.
3. Booking & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by River Arts Venue & Events.
- Submitting a booking inquiry does not guarantee a reservation until confirmed by our team.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking inquiry.
- Booking confirmations, invoices, and communications will be sent via email and/or SMS to the contact information you provide.
4. Payments & Cancellations
- Payment terms, deposit requirements, and cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
- Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified in your booking confirmation to receive any applicable refund.
- We reserve the right to cancel a reservation and issue a refund at our discretion.
5. Use of Venue
When using our spaces, you agree to:
- Use the venue responsibly and leave it in the condition it was found
- Not exceed the agreed-upon guest capacity
- Not engage in any illegal activities on the premises
- Report any damages or incidents to our team immediately
- Follow all posted rules and guidelines within the venue
You are responsible for any damage to the venue or its contents caused by you or your guests during your reservation period. You may be charged for repairs or replacement of damaged items.
6. Liability
River Arts Venue & Events is not liable for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises
- Injuries sustained on the premises unless caused by our negligence
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless River Arts Venue & Events from any claims arising from your use of our spaces.
