Every whole-building booking includes the Big Room, the venue's showpiece: a wide, warehouse-style hall with a dramatic arched exposed-beam ceiling, polished concrete floors, and an open wood staircase up to the Loft. Big bay doors and tall windows flood it with light.
With a full kitchen on hand and the Loft overhead, it flexes from a seated dinner to a packed reception or a tailgate, comfortably up to 200 guests.
Every whole-building booking includes the Loft, the relaxed upstairs lounge at the top of the wood staircase. Couches and soft seating areas look out over the main floor, so guests stay connected to the room below while having a quieter spot of their own.
