One downtown address

Rent by the hour

River Arts Venue brings its spaces together at 252 N 5th Ave in downtown Rome, GA: a private signing office, a 50-seat meeting room, a podcast studio, and a whole-building buyout for up to 300 guests that includes the Big Room, a 200-guest event hall with a full kitchen and an upstairs Loft. Rent a single room by the hour, or take the entire venue by the hour, any day of the week, with a three-hour minimum. Check live availability and request your date online. You can reserve up to a year ahead, with a 48-hour minimum lead.

Work, Meet, Present

Polished, professional, and quiet. The Meeting Room hosts up to 50 seated or 75 reception-style; the Signing Office gives small teams a private spot to focus.
