River Arts Venue brings eight distinct spaces together at 252 N 5th Ave in downtown Rome, GA — from a private signing office and a 50-seat meeting room to a 200-guest event room with a full kitchen, an upstairs loft, and a whole-building buyout for up to 300 guests. Rent a single room by the hour or block, or take the entire venue for a weekend. Check live availability and request your date online — you can reserve up to a year ahead, with a 48-hour minimum lead.

Polished, professional, and quiet. The Meeting Room hosts up to 50 seated or 75 reception-style; the Signing Office gives small teams a private spot to focus.
