Hosting a shower at home means moving furniture and hiding the laundry before guests arrive. Renting a generic hall means a blank room and a rental company that disappears once the tables are dropped off. River Arts Venue is the middle ground: a real, finished space in the heart of downtown Rome with the character already built in, arched beams, polished floors, and warm light, so the room does some of the decorating for you.

There is no one-size-fits-all package, since a ten-person shower and a 200-guest quinceañera do not need the same room. Pricing is public for every space, so you can plan a real budget before you ever call.

The Meeting Room runs $125+ an hour Friday through Sunday with a 3-hour minimum, or a Monday through Thursday block from $200+ up to $300+ depending on the time of day, a good fit for a shower or a small milestone gathering. The Big Room, with the Loft included, starts from $200+ an hour with the same 3-hour minimum, and a weekend whole-building buyout for the largest celebrations starts from $2,500+ a day. How far ahead should I book?
